Day 1:

Your guide will meet you on arrival in CT. Enjoy a city tour of South Africa’s beautiful mother city before checking in at your hotel. This tour includes the Castle of Good Hope, Parade Ground, City Hall, Houses of Parliament, Tuinhuis and the Dutch East India Company Gardens. Dinner at a restaurant on the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Day 2:

Take a scenic drive around the Cape of Good Hope. Visit Hout Bay and the Cape Fur Seal colony on Duiker Island, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Cape Point, Boulders - Penguins. Optional and weather permitting - we take the cableway up Table Mountain. Evening at leisure.

Day 3:

A day to do what you please in Cape Town - shopping or just relax at the hotel. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 4:

Take a scenic drive up the east coast to Hermanus, which is known in season for its excellent whale watching. Return after lunch to Cape Town, for a visit to the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 5:

This morning, we visit Robben Island, the place where Mr. Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for 18 years. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 6:

Wine tasting and cellar tour at one of the wine estates along the Cape's world-renowned Stellenbosch Wine Route, also spend some time in the picturesque towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Enjoy sundowners on Signal Hill, before your farewell dinner at Vijff Vlieghen (Five Flies) Restaurant. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 7:

Morning at leisure. There will be time for last minute shopping and lunch at the V & A Waterfront, weather permitting an optional helicopter flip over the Cape Peninsula. Transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight home.
