Day 1:
Morning arrival in South Africa, your guide will meet you upon arrival at Johannesburg's O R Tambo International Airport .
Depart to Pretoria for a city tour that includes the Voortrekker Monument, Paul Kruger House, Church Square and Union Buildings.
Lunch in Pretoria. Dinner at one of only two Carnivore restaurants in Africa. Overnight at Muldersdrift just outside Pretoria.

Day 2:
Travel via Middleburg, Lydenburg and Sabie (Long Tom Pass) to Hazyview situated in the province of Mpumalanga. Afternoon to relax
at the hotel. Depending on availability - An evening of African culture with singing, dancing and dinner at Shangana,
a traditional Shangaan village, meet the chief with his 3 wives and 36 children. Overnight in Hazyview.

Day 3:
Visit the old gold rush town of Pilgrim's Rest a museum in its entirety. Travel the Panorama Route of the majestic Drakensberg Mountains,
admire the natural beauty of the Bourke`s Luck Potholes, God's Window and the Blyde River Canyon - third deepest canyon in the world.
Overnight in Hazyview.

Day 4:
Depart for the world-renowned Kruger National Park (KNP), enter the park through Paul Kruger Gate, and enjoy the rest of the
day in the KNP. Dinner at the camps restaurant. Overnight in the KNP.

Optional activities: Evening game drive.
Day 5:
Enjoy a full day traveling north through the KNP in search of the "Big 5" and a host of other animals.
The KNP is known to be the most diverse park in the world with 140 mammals, 119 reptiles, ± 506 bird, 55
amphibians and ± 1980 plant species. Dinner will be a traditional "braai" - barbeque prepared by your guide.
Overnight in the KNP.

Day 6:
Still in the far northern reaches of the KNP, we do a guided tour on foot with the parks ranger to the Thulamela Ruins,
former seat of wicked King Ingwe and beautiful Queen Losha, visit Crook's Corner on the border
between South Africa, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in the KNP.

Day 7:
Depart from the park via Punda Maria Gate. Travel to Tzaneen, visit Modjadji Cycad Forest Reserve and Sapeco Tea Estate,
lunch on the estate at the Pekoe View Tea Garden. Arrive in the early afternoon at the Coach House Hotel, time to relax
and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the Agatha Spar at the hotel. Overnight near Tzaneen.

Day 8 & 9:
We make our way via Musina to Pontdrif border post, where we cross the border into Botswana. Here we spend the next two
days relaxing and unwinding on a private ranch in the African bush in the Thuli Block.
Accommodation: Mashatu Tented Camp (B, L, D & Game Activities)

Day 10:
This is a long day of traveling, so we would need to depart early morning, after breakfast from our private camp.
Travel to Nata via Zanzibar, Selebi Phikwe and Francistown. Overnight at Nata - Botswana

Day 11:
The morning at leisure and in the afternoon we take an open vehicle safari to the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, the unique Sowa (Sua) Pan is one of the largest
salt pans in the world stretching 252 km˛ and it is known for its prolific birdlife. Overnight at Nata - Botswana.

Day 12:
After a leisurely breakfast we travel to Kasane, arrive in time for lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge.
The rest of the afternoon and evening is at leisure, giving you time to relax and enjoy the beauty of this area.

Day 13 & 14:
Enjoy the next two days, with early morning open vehicle safaris into "Big 5" country - Chobe National Park,
and then you have the rest of the days to relax at the lodge with its beautiful setting along the Chobe River,
you can end off your days with a sunset cruise down the river. This area is well known for its large herds
of elephant and Cape buffalo. Overnight at Kasane - Botswana.

- Afternoon - Sunset cruise down the Chobe River.

- Tiger fishing on the Chobe River

Day 15:
Cross the border at Kazungula to Zimbabwe for a visit to one of the natural wonders of the world
- Victoria Falls. Although Dr David Livingstone first viewed the Victoria Falls on the 16 November
1855 from Livingstone Island in Zambia, the best view of the Victoria Falls is with out a doubt
from the Zimbabwe side. Enjoy lunch at the impressive colonial style Victoria Falls Hotel before
returning to Botswana at the Kazungula border post. Overnight at Kasane - Botswana.

Day 16:
Leisurely morning in Kasane before visiting a unique border post, on a river cruise to the confluence of the Chobe & Zambezi Rivers.
This is the "only place in the world where 4 countries meet", namely Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
We then start making our way back to SA, travel via Nata and Francistown to Selebi-Phikwe. Overnight in Selebi-Phikwe.

Day 17:
Depart after breakfast for South Africa, cross the border back into SA at Groblersbrug border post.
Travel to Sun City "the place where the sun never sets", a very impressive resort, situated in a spectacular valley
in the Pilanesburg Mountains. Overnight at Sun City.

Day 18:
After breakfast and a leisurely morning we travel to Johannesburg. Township tour of Soweto - reflex on the "Apartheid"
era of South Africa's history. There will be time for last minute shopping before your departure.

Travel to Johannesburg, catch your flight to Cape Town. Your guide will meet you on arrival in Cape Town

Day 19:
Take a scenic drive around the Cape of Good Hope. Visit Hout Bay and the Cape Fur Seal colony on Duiker Island,
Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Cape Point and Boulders - Penguins. Have lunch in Simonstown. Optional and weather permitting -
we take the cableway up Table Mountain. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 20:
A day at leisure, where you can do the following optional activities - a city orientation tour of South Africa's
beautiful Mother City on the "hop-on hop-off bus" or visit a local township or visit Robben Island where Nelson
Mandela was imprisoned for 17 years or visit to Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens or visit one of the numerous
beautiful beaches around the Cape or for the energetic - take a hike up Table Mountain or for the brave - shark cage diving.
Evening at leisure. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 21:
Wine tasting and cellar tour at one of the wine estates along the Cape's world-renowned Stellenbosch Wine Route,
also spend some time in the historical towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Enjoy sundowners on Signal Hill
before your farewell dinner at Vijff Vlieghen (Five Flies) Restaurant. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 22:
Morning at leisure. Lunch at the V & A Waterfront, time for last minute shopping and weather permitting an optional
helicopter flip over the Cape Peninsula. Transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight home.
